Based in Guangzhou, JiePei supplies hydraulic, undercarriage, electrical, fuel-system parts and attachments for different excavator brands and machine models. Customers purchase directly from us, and we take responsibility for model verification, quality confirmation, inspection, packing and export delivery.

We prepare the confirmed products and follow the agreed models, quantities and delivery schedule.

Inspection & Packing
Appearance, quantity, labels and key fitment details are checked before export packing.

Shipment & Follow-Up
Shipment details are confirmed, documents are prepared and delivery progress is followed up.

Clear Terms Before You Place an Order
Final conditions depend on the product, quantity and destination. The confirmed terms are always written in the official quotation or proforma invoice.
Trade Terms
EXW, FOB and CIF are available. DAP or DDP may be discussed depending on the destination, product and customs conditions.
MOQ & Trial Orders
MOQ varies by product. Trial orders are welcome when the requested model, quantity and shipping method are workable.
Lead Time
Lead time is confirmed after the machine model, part number, quantity and stock or production status are checked.
Inspection Before Shipping
We check appearance, quantity, labels and available model information before packing and shipment.
Warranty & Claims
Warranty conditions depend on the product and quality option. Claims are reviewed using order records, photos, videos and installation information.
Payment security: Pay only to the account listed on our official quotation or PI. A USD cross-border or local collection account may be linked to our registered company. If any payment details change, verify them through our original WhatsApp number before paying.
